​How Do I Place An Order?
Simply click "add to cart" and place your items on to your shopping list until you have completed your order. When you have completed your shopping select "check out" and select your payment method.
Payment and Shipping
We accept all major credit cards. Purchases can be processed by PayPal if you prefer.
Your purchase will be shipped within three days after payment for your designed piece. All Inspirations By Pat designs will arrive ready for your enjoyment. Your order will be insured and include tracking numbers that will be emailed to you for your convenience. Invoices will be mailed to you.

Inspirations By Pat utilizes the United States Postal Service for shipping and will not be able to guarantee a specific delivery date that may be affected by unforeseen events that may affect the delivery. Additionally we cannot reroute packages being processed by the USPS.so please ensure that your mailing address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an invalid address the order will be held until you contact us or we are able to contact you.

Inspirations By Pat will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the USPS for any questions related to delivery..

Our designs are custom crafted and our selection process for the finest materials is very meticulous.

Please contact us within three days after receipt of your design to notify us of any error or damaged goods. If you receive a damaged package also notify the USPS.

The returned designs will be inspected by Inspirations By Pat to determine the cause of the damage and consult with you on the findings.
​
All returns must include original packaging.

Inspirations By Pat is not responsible for damaged jewelry due to repairs/alterations made by other artists/jewelers or negligence.
​
However repair may be considered depending upon individual circumstances. We cannot authorize a return received beyond the three day time period unless previously notified.
